We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase for all Ruffoo products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • Item Condition: Returned items must be in the same condition as received — unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  2. Our support team will respond within one business day with detailed return instructions and provide a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
  3. Pack the product securely and send it back using the provided label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method automatically. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

Ruffoo covers all return shipping costs for items returned within the 30-day window. We provide prepaid shipping labels for all approved returns to ensure a convenient and stress-free process.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we’ll gladly replace it with the same product at no additional cost. Simply contact us at support@ruffoo.com, include your order details and a clear photo of the issue, and our team will assist you promptly.
