Shipping Options and Fees

Ruffoo offers flexible shipping options designed to meet your needs:

• Standard Shipping (Domestic): $3.99 — Estimated delivery within 3–4 business days.
• Express Shipping (Domestic): $6.99 — Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days.

All timeframes are calculated in business days and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.

Free Shipping Policy

• First-Order Free Shipping: Enjoy free Standard Shipping on your first order placed on ruffoo.com within the United States. The discount applies automatically at checkout on eligible first-time purchases.
• Orders $35+: Orders over $35 ship free via Standard Shipping within the United States. The discount applies automatically at checkout once your cart qualifies.

Notes: Free shipping applies to Standard Shipping only. Taxes, gift cards, and shipping charges (if any) do not count toward the threshold. Free shipping offers may not be combinable with other shipping promotions and are subject to change.

Fulfillment Method

Most orders are fulfilled and shipped from Amazon fulfillment centers (FBA) to ensure fast and reliable delivery using Amazon’s nationwide logistics network. Depending on inventory availability, some products may ship from our partner warehouses.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day after purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Order Tracking

Track your shipment using the link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Customs and Duties

Since Ruffoo currently ships only within the United States, no customs or import duties apply to your orders.
